尽管Wholesomebabyfood.com上建议的蓝莓开始添加时间适8到10个月，但作为一个嗜吃如命又迫不及待努力扩大金鱼爷食谱基数的二货妈来说，还是忍不住将蓝莓议程提前了两个月。不过残存的那么一点责任感还是让我将这一天的到来放在金鱼爷去做例行健康检查前的一天。 理论上来说，六个月之后的宝宝基本上可以吃生水果，不过Wholesome Baby Food是个相对保守的网站，几乎所有的蔬果都建议蒸炖焖，看多了这个网站之后我觉得我都变得保守起来，然后总脑补安慰自己，安全至上么。 所幸金鱼爷表现出对蓝莓的极大兴趣，很给面子地吃掉了大概6个盎司。脸没水肿，也没有变成香肠嘴，咿咿呀呀不停歇也看不出大舌头的症状，守着纸尿裤等了大半天，也没发现拉肚子之类的可疑症状，看来蓝莓又过关了，金鱼爷的餐桌上以后可以多一样水果了。 每一杯（大约227克）新鲜蓝莓的营养成分如下（信息来自于wholesomebabyfood.com）： 维生素A － 80IU 维生素C － 14.4mg
厨余松饼
我有个朋友叫松饼，不知道她看到这篇日记作何感想。 天涯上最近很流行No Zuo No Die的帖子，如果“作”是折腾的意思的话，那么我从小一路作过来，当妈了还是一如既往地作。是的，扮演勤俭持家的贤妻良母这样的角色，本身对于我来说，就是一种巨大的作。 一开始给金鱼做辅食，每次都会剩下那么一小杯，大概一两个盎司的样子，Annabel Karmel的书上教妈妈们用小罐子一罐罐冻起来，要吃的时候再解冻。我考虑了很久，觉得非常违背我从小到大被教育的食理——食物吃进肚里都要新鲜的，遂放弃偷懒，每天现做。好在Beaba的婴儿辅食料理机极为趁手，也不算增加太多负担，反而成了一种乐趣。话说Annabel是大不列颠人，让一个来自一生平均只吃五种食物国家的人来教导一个民以食为天过渡的人如何做饭，我更加羞愧难当。 说回来剩下的那一小杯。
