尽管Wholesomebabyfood.com上建议的蓝莓开始添加时间适8到10个月，但作为一个嗜吃如命又迫不及待努力扩大金鱼爷食谱基数的二货妈来说，还是忍不住将蓝莓议程提前了两个月。不过残存的那么一点责任感还是让我将这一天的到来放在金鱼爷去做例行健康检查前的一天。 理论上来说，六个月之后的宝宝基本上可以吃生水果，不过Wholesome Baby Food是个相对保守的网站，几乎所有的蔬果都建议蒸炖焖，看多了这个网站之后我觉得我都变得保守起来，然后总脑补安慰自己，安全至上么。 所幸金鱼爷表现出对蓝莓的极大兴趣，很给面子地吃掉了大概6个盎司。脸没水肿，也没有变成香肠嘴，咿咿呀呀不停歇也看不出大舌头的症状，守着纸尿裤等了大半天，也没发现拉肚子之类的可疑症状，看来蓝莓又过关了，金鱼爷的餐桌上以后可以多一样水果了。 每一杯（大约227克）新鲜蓝莓的营养成分如下（信息来自于wholesomebabyfood.com）： 维生素A － 80IU 维生素C － 14.4mg
